How long does shipping take?
At GearXcess we aim to get your delivery to you within 3-15 business days (depending on your location) after the order is processed.

All orders can be tracked via our tracking page.
However, should your order take longer that our estimated shipping time, please send us a message via our chat box or email us at support@gearxcess.com and a member of our team will assist you in tracking your order.
Do you offer a guarantee, can I return my order?
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please note if it has been more than 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
Any damaged items will be refunded or replaced. Please send us a picture of the item via our chat box or email to support@gearxcess.com a member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
